• Is to be used in a quiet and decent manner. No noise, no jumping, no glass or food.

• Is to be used within 8:00am to 8:00pm

• Running , diving, or jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited.

• No lifeguard on duty; use of the pool is at the users’ own risk.

• Minors are only permitted under the supervision of a responsible adult.

• Food, drinks, bottles, glasses, or any glass containers is prohibited.

• Speakers, loudspeakers, or any sound devices is strictly prohibited.

• Nudism is strictly prohibited.

•Campfires and barbecues (BBQ) are not permitted, unless prior written authorization is granted by Management and only in designated areas.

• Maintain appropriate behavior and respectful language at all times.

• The use of hookahs is prohibited within the pool area.

• Only check-out cleaning in included for 3 to 13 nights booked.

• 14 Nights have 1 FREE deep cleaning in between + Check-Out.

• 1 Deep cleaning and supplies per week for 28+ Nights bookings included.

• Extra cleanings and supplies have an additional cost of 30usd with 24hrs notice.

• We provide toiletries, trash bags, dish detergent and drinking water on check-in day only. Additional need of these items must be purchased by the guest, in the event the guest request extra cleaning service, then these items will be delivered for no extra cost.

• You must leave the kitchen clean and organized.

All trash has to be taken to the main tank near the main gate by parking.

• Ruined bedsheet sets with hair color, make up or stains will be charged at 50usd per set.

• Washer Dryer: must keep clean and remove lint from dryer's lint trap after every use to avoid fire hazards.

• Washing Detergents: not included and must be purchased by guests.

• Towels: We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.

• Ruined, Stained, Bleach spots or Missing Towels will have a cost of 20usd per body towel and 10usd per hand or floor towel/mats.
