This apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, and a safe box. The master bedroom offers extra privacy with its own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms include regular closets and share a bathroom.

HOUSE RULES:
✔Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival.
✔Maximum number of people allowed: 6 Adults
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ No Pets
✔ Smoking cigarette is allowed ONLY outside the property; Drugs or Weed is PROHIBITED.
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
