Right beside the living area, the balcony invites you to dine or relax outdoors, equipped with a dining table and cozy seating. Whether you prefer to eat inside or outside, both options are available with indoor and outdoor dining tables.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus sugar and coffee provided by Conti & Co to start your mornings right.

This apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, and a safe box. The master bedroom offers extra privacy with its own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms include regular closets and share a bathroom.

HOUSE RULES:

✔Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival.
✔Maximum number of people allowed: 6 Adults
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ No Pets
✔ Smoking cigarette is allowed ONLY outside the property; Drugs or Weed is PROHIBITED.
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

✔ TOWELS:  We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
We do not provide wash cloths
