Just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport, 5 minutes from Sosúa, and 10 minutes from Cabarete, this villa provides a private yet connected getaway.The master bedroom features sliding doors that open to a private outdoor terrace with a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxation. 

The living room, located on the main level, includes a smart TV, cable box, and comfortable couches, all complemented by extensive sliding doors that provide a wide view of the outdoor space.Descending a level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with smart TVs and safe boxes. One bedroom has sliding doors leading directly to the pool area, enhancing the villa’s seamless indoor-outdoor feel.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area also open to the spacious terrace, where you’ll find an outdoor smart TV, kitchen, BBQ, and a large pool. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a sun deck and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

With private parking, 24/7 security, and access to Casa Linda’s amenities, including a restaurant, mini golf, tennis courts, a water park, and a free shuttle to Sosúa and Cabarete, Villa 948 is ideal for those seeking both comfort and an immersive outdoor experience.

HOUSE RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

✔ CHECK-IN:
• 3:00 PM
• Early Check-In must be requested and only possible if we do not have departure that morning. Must contact us a day before.

✔ CHECK-OUT
• Departure at 11:00 AM

✔ OCCUPANCY
• Maximum 2 adults per bedroom.
• Additional Visitors are not allowed.

✔ ELECTRICITY
• Included: in Nightly / Weekly Rates.
• Excluded: Monthly discounted rentals.
Consumption can vary from 5.00U$D to 10.00U$D per day per bedroom. Main factor: 24 hour A/C usage.
• Meter reading on arrival day and prior to check-out day. Client has access to verify meter any time.

✔ "FREE BREAKFAST" DISCLAIMER
• It is your decision and right to accept and to attend to the 1.5 hour presentation for the Vacation Club program which is part of you accepting the "Free Breakfast". Please DO NOT rate us negatively if your experience did not meet your expectations. It is NOT part of the villa rental.

✔ CHEFS or COOKS
•That are NOT authorized by CONTI are NOT allowed to enter to the property due to missing items after services.
•Please contact us for Chef Services and we will provide you with our authorized team.

✔ SMOKING
• Cigarette or Cigar is allowed ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
• Smoking Weed or Use of drugs is not legal.

✔ NOISE
• Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times. Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheels are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.

✔ CLEANING
• Fee paid at time of reservation for 1 to 4 nights is only for check-out cleaning.
• 5-8 Nights have 1 FREE cleaning
• 9+ Nights have cleaning every 3rd morning
• Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10 usd per bedroom.
• Monthly Discounted Priced Bookings include 1 deep cleaning per week.

✔ LAUNDRY
• Service is located in phase 7 next to the front desk of Casa Linda. Drop off and pick up for reasonable fee.

✔KITCHEN
• Leave clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ POOL:
• Pump operates on a timer. Not heated.

✔ WATER PARK & MINI GOLF $
• Have an admission Fee and are not included in the rental price.

✔ PARKING:
• Space for up to ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area.

✔ WINE GLASSES:
• We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.

✔ TOWELS:
• We do not provide washcloths.
• We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
• Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
