HOUSE RULES:

✔ Maximum number of people allowed: 2 Adults.
✔ Must send IDs prior to Check-In day.
✔ Must sign a Registration Form Upon Arrival.
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ Smoking is allowed outside the property.
✔ Weed or any other Drug is prohibited.
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors. Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times, can cause cancellation of the reservation without refund. No Karaoke, sound system, drones.
✔ Motor bikes, scooters or four-wheels are not allowed and must be parked on main street.
✔ Glass Or Food is not allowed in the Pool area.
✔ Pets are not allowed.

MONTHLY RATES RULES:

✔ Monthly Rate will include 50% of the total electricity consumption. Guest will pay the difference.
✔ Meter reading will be made upon check-in and a day prior to check-out in presence of the guest. Cost per kw is 0.25usd

VISITORS:

✔ You can have 1 visitor during your stay.
✔ Visitors are not allowed to access or exit the community by themselves, even if it's with a Taxi or Private Driver. Must be accompanied by the person that Booked at all times.
✔ Visitor is NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL. Only registered guest at moment of booking.

✔ CLEANING
• Fee paid at time of reservation for 1 to 4 nights is only for check-out cleaning.
• 5-8 Nights have 1 FREE cleaning
• 9+ Nights have cleaning every 3rd morning
• Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10 usd per bedroom.
• Monthly Discounted Priced Bookings include 1 deep cleaning per week.

LAUNDRY:

✔ Laundry for personal items can be arranged with pick up and drop off service. Just have to contact us a day in advance. Each load of clothes has a cost of 20 dollars to wash, dry and delivery.
