Step inside to a beautifully designed living room featuring a spacious couch, wooden table, A/C, ceiling lights, and a Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling window-doors open to breathtaking ocean views and balcony, where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your home.
Right beside the living area, the balcony invites you to relax outdoors, equipped with a cozy seating.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This apartment features two spacious bedrooms, master with a king-size bed and guest bedroom offers queen bed, both offer A/C, ceiling fan, TV, and a safe box. The master bedroom offers extra privacy with its own walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom include regular closets and a adjacent bathroom.
With a water heater, 24/7 security, and an unbeatable location, Las Terrazas C3 is the perfect spot for relaxation and adventure.
CHECK-IN/OUT RULES:
✔Only for Couples or Families that seek a quiet relaxing holiday.
✔ Random / Unregistered Visitors are not allowed. All guest must be registered with ID's upon booking and prior to arrival.
✔ Must Send ID's of each guest staying at least 24 Hours Prior to arrival day.
✔ Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200.00 USD to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔ Maximum 4 Adults + 2 Children under 12 is the maximum number of people allowed.
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
HOUSE RULES:
✔Pool is to be used in a quiet and decent manner. No noise, no jumping, no glass or food.
✔Smoking, Vaping or Drugs is NOT ALLOWED. Breaking this rules will cost 200U$D penalty and eviction of the property.
✔ Quiet hours from 10:00PM to 10:00 AM
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the main tank near the main gate by parking.
✔ We provide toiletries, trash bags, dish detergent and drinking water on check-in day. Additional need of these items must be purchased by the guest, unless the guests request extra cleaning service, then these items will be delivered for no extra cost.
CLEANING
✔Fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning.
✔ 7 Nights have 1 FREE cleaning.
✔ Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10 usd per bedroom.
✔ Monthly Discounted Priced Bookings include 1 deep cleaning per week.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✔ SMART TV'S (No Cable Box) USE YOUTUBE LIVE for SPORTS OR NEWS
✔ PARKING: Space for ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked on the street.
✔ WINE GLASSES: Do not take to pool area.
✔ TOWELS: We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel. We do not provide washcloths
✔ Washer and Dryer in common area and its based on first come, first serve system. Best times to use it is early morning before 8:00am or late afternoon after 6:00pm.
