HOUSE RULES:

✔ Only for couples, family, water sports adventure seeker, retired 
✔ Not suited for solo travelers seeking to have guests or visitors.
✔ Not suited for smokers.
✔ Maximum number of people allowed: 4 Adults.
✔ Must send IDs prior to Check-In day.
✔ Must sign a Registration Form Upon Arrival.
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM 
✔ Weed or any other Drug is prohibited.
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors. Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times, can cause cancellation of the reservation without refund. No Karaoke, sound system, drones.
✔ Pets are not allowed.

MONTHLY RATES RULES:

✔ Monthly Rate will include 50% of the total electricity consumption. Guest will pay the difference.
✔ Meter reading will be made upon check-in and a day prior to check-out in presence of the guest. Cost per kw is 0.25usd

CLEANING RULES:

✔ Cleaning Fee paid at moment of booking is for Check-Out Deep Cleaning Only.
✔ Weekly bookings include 1 FREE deep cleaning and change of linens and towels.
Additional cleaning and change of linens and towels can be requested for 20U$D
✔ On Check-Out day trash must be taken out to main bin and kitchen must be left clean and organized.

LAUNDRY:

✔ Washer and Dryer available. Guests must buy detergents.
