Welcome to Villa Conti 813, nestled in the popular Casa Linda community in Sosua! Just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport and a short drive from the vibrant beaches of Sosua and Cabarete, it's the ideal destination for a relaxing getaway.

This spacious villa offers 6 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring top-notch comfort throughout your stay. Each bedroom is designed for maximum relaxation, featuring 4 pillows, ample closet space, a TV, A/C, and a Safe Box for your peace of mind.

The main house includes 3 beautiful bedrooms, including the master suite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious covered terrace that leads to the outdoor area. The living room features high ceilings, a large and comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV, providing a perfect space for unwinding.

Downstairs by the pool, you'll find 3 additional guest bedrooms, a palapa bar with seating and a TV, as well as a pool complete with a shallow area and a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

Take a dip in the pool, stroll through the lush garden, or make use of the fully stocked kitchen and Wi-Fi to enhance your stay.

Enjoy the outdoors in your private garden or gather on the fully equipped terrace, where a BBQ awaits for fun cooking moments.

You can also take advantage of the FREE beach and town shuttle service to Sosua or Cabarete, making it easy to explore the area. The community offers an a la carte restaurant, a water park, and mini golf for a small admission fee, ensuring there's always something fun to do.

✔ CHECK-IN:
• 4:00 PM
• Early Check-In must be requested and only possible if we do not have departure that morning. Must contact us a day before.

✔ CHECK-OUT
• Departure at 11:00 AM

✔ OCCUPANCY
• Maximum 2 adults per bedroom.
• Additional Visitors are not allowed.

✔ SOLAR BACK-UP POWER
This villa features a reliable solar backup power system, ensuring uninterrupted energy supply and seamless comfort during power outages. Enjoy the peace of mind and sustainability that comes with harnessing renewable energy.

✔ FREE SHUTTLE BUS
• It is free and works on specific hours and to SOSUA or CABARETE town. Please see schedule on the photos or you request the schedule upon check-in at front desk.

✔ "FREE BREAKFAST" DISCLAIMER
• It is your decision and right to accept and to attend to the 1.5 hour presentation for the Vacation Club program which is part of you accepting the "Free Breakfast". Please DO NOT rate us negatively if your experience did not meet your expectations. It is NOT part of the villa rental.

✔ CHEFS or COOKS
• That are NOT authorized by CONTI are NOT allowed to enter to the property due to missing items after services.
• Please contact us for Chef Services and we will provide you with our authorized team.

✔ SMOKING
• Cigarette or Cigar is allowed ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
• Smoking Weed or Use of drugs is not legal.

✔ NOISE
• Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times. Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheels are allowed. Must be parked at main parking area.

✔ CLEANING
• Fee paid at time of reservation for 1 to 3 nights is only for check-out cleaning.
• 4-6 Nights have 1 FREE cleaning
• 7-8 Nights have 2 FREE cleaning
• 9+ Nights have cleaning every 3rd morning
• Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.

✔ LAUNDRY
• Service is located in phase 7 next to the front desk of Casa Linda. Drop off and pick up for reasonable fee.

✔KITCHEN
• Leave clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ POOL:
• Pump operates on a timer and can not be changed. Not heated.

✔ WATER PARK & MINI GOLF $
• Have an admission Fee and are not included in the rental price.

✔ PARKING:
• Space for up to THREE car available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area.

✔ WINE GLASSES:
• We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.

✔ TOWELS:
• We do not provide washcloths.
• We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
• Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
