CHECK-IN/OUT RULES:

✔Must Send ID's of each guest staying at least 24 Hours Prior to arrival day.
✔ Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔ 2 Adults + 2 Children under 12 is the maximum number of people allowed.
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM

HOUSE RULES:

✔No unregistered visitors allowed. All guest must be register with ID's upon booking and prior to arrival.
✔Maximum occupancy 2 Adults.
✔Pool is to be used in a quiet and decent manner. No obscene 
✔Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property. Breaking this rules will cost 100U$D penalty.
✔ Quiet hours from 10:00PM to 10:00AM
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 15usd per day.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the main tank near the main gate by parking.
✔ We provide toiletries, trash bags, dish detergent and drinking water on check-in day. Additional need of these items must be purchased by the guest, unless the guests request extra cleaning service, then these items will be delivered for no extra cost.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✔ TV only available in the bedroom.
✔ A/C in bedroom and living room.
✔ PARKING: Space for ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked on Street.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide washcloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
