Welcome to Villa Conti 1107, nestled in the popular Casa Linda community in Sosua! Just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport and a short drive from the vibrant beaches of Sosua and Cabarete, it's the ideal destination for a relaxing getaway.

This Villa offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ensuring top-notch comfort throughout your stay. Each bedroom is designed for maximum relaxation, featuring quality beddings, A/C, and a Safe Box for your peace of mind.

The main house includes 2 beautiful bedrooms with direct access to the pool and outdoors, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features high ceilings, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV, providing a perfect space for unwinding.

By the pool, you'll find 1 additional guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, a palapa bar with seating, BBQ awaits for fun cooking moments, as well as a pool with and shallow area for ultimate relaxation.

You can also take advantage of the FREE beach and town shuttle service to Sosua or Cabarete, making it easy to explore the area. The community offers an a la carte restaurant, a water park, and mini golf for a small admission fee, ensuring there's always something fun to do.

Everything is yours to enjoy—just remember to respect locked rooms and closets.
