Welcome to Los Balcones D1, a beachfront getaway with breathtaking ocean views!

Located right on Alicia Beach in the heart of downtown Sosua, this one-bedroom apartment offers an unbeatable setting with restaurants, activities, and nightlife just steps away. A pathway leads you directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea at any time.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room offers a stunning view of the ocean. The living room features A/C and a TV with a cable box, making it a great place to relax after a day of adventure.

Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom, designed for comfort with a king-size bed, four pillows, A/C, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. The en-suite bathroom is stocked with toiletries (toilet paper, soap, and shampoo), as well as four body towels and one hand towel for your convenience.

After a long day at the beach, unwind in the private pool and jacuzzi, or for the more adventurous, take the opportunity to jump from a rock straight into the crystal-clear waters below. Secure private parking is also available for your peace of mind.

CHECK-IN/OUT RULES:

✔ Must Send ID's of each guest staying at least 24 Hours Prior to arrival day.
✔ Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day.
✔ 2 Adults + 2 Children under 16 is the maximum number of people allowed.
✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM

HOUSE RULES:
✔No additional guests or visitors after maximum occupancy (2 Adults) is allowed.
✔Non registered guests or visitors are not allowed to use the pool or walk around the common areas.
✔ Quiet hours from 10:00PM to 10:00AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property. Breaking this rules will cost 100U$D penalty.
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 15usd per day.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the main tank near the main gate by parking.
✔ We provide toiletries, trash bags, dish detergent and drinking water on check-in day. Additional need of these items must be purchased by the guest, unless the guests request extra cleaning service, then these items will be delivered for no extra cost.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✔ TV with cable only available in the living room. And a Smart TV in bedroom.
✔ A/C in bedroom and living room.
✔ PARKING: Space for ONE car available. Additional cars must be parked on the Street.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide washcloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
